Pinot Grigio

Pinot Grigio, also known as Grauburgunder or Pinot Gris, is currently the most widely cultivated white wine variety in Alto Adige. Both in our classic product line and in the production of our PORER Pinot Grigio, individual components are fermented on either the grape skin or on the whole grape for different lengths of time. This creates a texture that complements and enhances freshness.
